Military service has special meaning for the 3-founders, Dave Culler (center), Mike Herron (left) and Tony Bird (right). Having served in the military, or having family members who have served; we understand the sacrifices required by those who have taken the oath to support and defend the freedoms we hold so dear.

Culler is a retired naval aviator, who had commanded (F/A-18) Squadron VFA-136 at nearby Oceana Naval Air Station, and was the Commanding Officer of Naval Station Norfolk. Herron’s son served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps before becoming an officer in the U.S. Army infantry. Bird is a former UDT-SEAL. All three men’s fathers served in the military.

Our personal experience has inspired us to support a new mission; giving back to those who have given so much.
